Data recipients
Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe Payments Europe. We have no access to card data and do not store it on the website. The addresses of newsletter subscribers are stored by Twilio SendGrid (details in the “Newsletter” section). The website’s hosting provider also processes the data needed to run the site.
We do not sell data or share it with other parties for marketing purposes.
Newsletter
You subscribe to the newsletter with the form on the website: you enter your email address and tick the consent box. You confirm the subscription with the link in the message we send you. Without confirmation we will not send you anything else, and we delete unconfirmed sign-ups after 30 days.
The newsletter covers new ContextAdmin versions, guides, and meetups, webinars and training. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link included in every message or by writing to contact@contextadmin.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of mailings sent before.
The address list and mailings are handled on our behalf by Twilio SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA). Data may be transferred to the United States. Twilio participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. When you subscribe we also keep a record of your consent (address, date, text of consent and hashed IP address) so that we can demonstrate that consent was given. After you unsubscribe we keep it until the limitation period for claims expires.
Data from the panel on your server
Running this website is separate from the operation of the installed software. When it renews the lease, the ContextAdmin license mechanism sends us the license ID and the machine fingerprint. It does not send project contents, databases, conversations with agents or usage statistics.
Cookies
The website uses cookies needed to keep client account and forum sessions and to protect forms. It does not use cookies to track users or for advertising profiling.
Your rights regarding your data
You can access your data and request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or transfer. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
