1. Software and rights

This agreement sets out the rules for using ContextAdmin, hereinafter the Software. The user receives a license, not ownership of the Software. Rights not expressly granted by the agreement remain with the Operator, which is Contextadmin, ul. Elbląska 30, 10-267 Olsztyn, Poland, VAT ID: PL7393219910.

2. Rights granted

The Licensee receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable term license to install and use the Software for their own business. The number of machines is determined by the purchased plan.

The Server, Team and Enterprise plans and licenses under the Hoster Partner program also allow providing panels to clients who are third parties, to the extent provided by the plan. The Licensee remains the party to the agreements with those clients and is responsible to them for the service provided.

3. Restrictions on use

  • You may not remove or circumvent the license check or the lease renewal.
  • Distribution, resale and sharing of the Software are permitted only to the extent provided for the Hoster Partner program or the Enterprise White Label (OEM) variant.
  • Decompilation is permitted only within the limits of mandatory law.
  • Copyright notices and license information must be retained.

4. Activation data

When the lease is renewed, the license server receives the license ID and the machine fingerprint. The fingerprint is created from the system identifier, the hostname and the IP address. The mechanism does not send project contents, databases, conversations with agents or usage telemetry.

5. Revocation of rights

A material breach of the agreement or non-payment may be grounds for the Operator to revoke the license. Because of the lease validity period, revocation may take effect with a delay of up to 14 days.

6. Third-party components

The Software uses components made available under open licenses. The list and terms are in the THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES file of the installation package. For a given component, the terms of its license take precedence.

7. Scope of the Operator’s obligations

The Software is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Obligations regarding support and the scope of the service are set out in sections 7 and 8 of the Terms of Service.

8. End of use

The agreement ends when the license expires or is revoked. The Licensee must then stop using the Software and delete its copies. This obligation does not apply to data and projects, which remain the property of the Licensee.
