Agent sessions are kept by tmux on the server, separately from the Contextadmin process. Updating and restarting the panel service does not end them. It does not restart project containers either.
Schedule the update for a moment when you can check its result. If a migration is in progress, it is easier to finish that stage first and deal with the panel afterwards.
