The report documents the scan result, the operations performed and a measurement after the changes. It shows the scope and dates of the actions, which you can present to a client or use when analysing the environment.
It is not a GDPR compliance certificate. It does not replace an assessment of how your organisation processes data as a whole.
Also keep the tool’s scope in mind: anonymization covers the database. Client files, logs and PDF documents need to be checked separately.
