The license counts machines that are active at the same time. If you are at the limit, release the previous installation in the client panel and then activate the key on the new server.
Move the project directories and data backups, start the applications from the panel and check them before changing DNS. Releasing a slot does not require access to the previous machine, so it also works after a failure.
