AI accounts and panel users

Choose a profile for each session and assign projects to the people working on the server.

Keep AI provider accounts separate

Create profiles for the accounts you use on different projects. A company account, a client account and a test account can run as separate profiles. You choose one when starting a session, without changing system-wide settings.

You complete the OAuth login yourself for each profile. The panel does not automate this step or store passwords for the provider’s services.

Check the available statistics

The usage view shows data for the current day and the last seven days, by account. The statistics cover Claude. Codex and opencode do not provide the limit data this view uses, so it does not show their usage.

This information helps you spread work across accounts. The Contextadmin license is not billed by tokens; you pay for AI usage to the provider.

Assign projects to collaborators

Panel user accounts are separate from AI profiles. You can assign projects to them to organize responsibilities and the list each person sees after logging in.

This division is not system-level isolation. Shells and Docker Compose use the permissions of the account the panel runs under. Give access to people you trust with work on this machine.
