Data preparation report
Collect the results of measurements and operations performed in your projects.
What the report documents
The report collects recorded events concerning data in agent environments. It covers projects with detected data, measurement dates, types and locations of findings, counts and the scope not covered by a profile.
It also shows anonymization runs, the result of the follow-up scan, the accounts and tools used in sessions, and the history of changes to the project’s data status.
Verifying the signature
The report is signed with Ed25519 using the same key pair as licenses. The signature lets you verify its integrity, that is, check that the content has not been changed after signing.
What the result means
The document describes the measurements performed and their dates. It does not confirm that your organization complies with the GDPR. Its scope covers the actions documented by the tool, with limitations noted, including the lack of file anonymization.
Compliance add-on
The report is part of the Compliance add-on. The service also includes a quarterly review of anonymization profiles for your systems. You manage the add-on in the client panel.
