Log in to your account

Your account is created automatically with your first purchase, and your email address is your login. The welcome message contains a one-time link for setting your password. We do not send passwords by email.

Check your purchased services

• Next to the license you will find the key, the expiry date, the number of installations and the client panel allowance.
• The add-ons list shows active services and the dates they started.
• Under invoices, you can open payment documents.
• The billing portal lets you manage your card, plan and cancellation.

Change payment details or cancel renewal

The payment management button takes you to Stripe. You enter card details directly with the payment provider, not on this website. After cancellation, the license works until the end of the paid period.

Key being prepared

Some licenses have to be issued manually. You will receive the key by email, usually within an hour on business days. The private key used to sign licenses is kept off the web server.
