Sharing a project does not always mean the same thing. Sometimes it is about checking how a website looks, and sometimes about developing the application on one’s own. Choose the type of access based on what the client will actually be doing.
A preview is enough for reviewing changes
If the client is to go through a new form, send them the address of the running application and the password, if you set one. Add a test account if the application itself requires it. Access to the code and container management is not needed for this kind of review.
This approach also works when all development and maintenance stay on your side. The client assesses the result, and the feedback goes back to the task context.
The panel is for ongoing work
When a client wants to develop the application and use agents, they need an environment and an agreed scope of responsibility. The Server and Team plans let you create an unlimited number of client panels, and the Hoster Partner program allows license resale; additional installations require separate licenses.
Before handing over, decide which projects are for development, which are production and who approves publishing. Also agree whose AI accounts the person working on the code will use.
Check permissions and resources
Log in to the prepared account and check what is visible. Assigning projects in the panel organizes work, but it does not replace system-level isolation. Shells have the permissions of the panel’s system account, so access requires a level of trust appropriate for that kind of work.
In a hosting service, take the current resource limitations into account: the percentage CPU limit is not enforced, and df shows the whole pool. The parameters of your offer must match the actual environment.
Provide brief collaboration guidelines
Write down the addresses, the purpose of each environment, how to request changes and who is responsible for backups and updates. The client should know which actions they can take on their own and when publishing needs to be agreed.
You will find license details on the pricing page and environment requirements in the Hoster Partner program guide.
